Victoria County is served by four district courts (24th, 135th, 267th, and 377th). The 377th District Court mainly hears criminal cases filed only in Victoria County, while the other three district courts have general jurisdiction over civil and criminal cases filed in Calhoun, DeWitt, Goliad, Jackson, Refugio and Victoria Counties. Victoria County also has two county courts at law.
