Star of Clueless and Single Lady, Stacey Dash, Files From Divorce From Actor Emmanuel Xuereb

It looks like another short-lived marriage in Hollywood is coming to an end as an actress has recently filed for divorce after her husband, also an actor, has been abusive towards on her several occasions.

A judge has granted former “Single Lady” (which she now is!) and “Clueless” actress Stacey Dash a divorce from husband and Emmanuel Xuereb, with whom she has had a rocky marriage due to reports of violence and abuse in the relationship.  The couple, not married for too long, were wed back in 2007.

Stacey Dash filed for divorce the same day she filed for a restraining order against Xuereb, her third husband, in January 2010. According to reports, Xuereb was abusive on several occasions and Dash was initially apprehensive to report the domestic violence to law enforcement officials. Dash, who once starred in VH1’s show “Single Ladies” and movie “Clueless” alongside Alicia Silverstone, does not have any children with Xuereb but has two children from other relationships.

 Her former spouse, Emmanuel Xuereb has appeared in television shows such as Cold Case and Criminal Minds and Bold and the Beautiful. Dash, who appeared a few years ago at the age of 40 in Playboy, was newly named the hottest 45-year-old in the word, outranking Halle Berry, in an online poll. Reports are now surfacing that allege she was hit in the head, face and body by her former husband throughout their short marriage.
