1. The Olmsted County District Court is located in Rochester and has general jurisdiction over all cases filed in the county. The court takes on everything from felony prosecutions to family law cases and civil disputes. They are also charged with deciding small claims not exceeding $7,500, misdemeanors, traffic violations, evictions, and issue of protection orders and arrest warrants. The Dodge County District Court is located in Mantorville, while the Wabasha County District Court is located in the city of Wabasha.
